A traditional village house, dominated by stone and wood. It was first built in 1901 and is located right in the centre of the village of Kalamitsi , on the western side of Lefkada.

Kalamitsi is a small traditional village with wonderful beaches like Megali Petra and Avali. It is 7 minutes far from the cosmopolitan village Agios Nikitas and 20 minutes far from the capital town of the island.

The house has as main building material the stone and the wood. The interior of the house is traditionally decorated with touches of modern times. It has a huge stone-built courtyard.

It is ideal for a couple wishing to relax in an alternative accommodation, close to the most famous beaches of Lefkada.
